Marie Satterfield

Marie Satterfield is currently the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Rothy's. Prior to their current role, Marie held positions at Charlotte Russe, Sephora, and Latham & Watkins, where Marie focused on capital markets, corporate finance transactions, and securities compliance matters. Marie has also had experience as a Summer Associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, Allen & Overy, and Crosby, Heafey, Roach & May. Marie obtained their J.D. from Stanford Law School and an A.B. in French and English from The University of Georgia.
