Gavin Holland

Gavin Holland is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in HR systems and services management. Currently serving as the Global HR Systems & Services Manager at Rotork since May 2019, Gavin has held several key positions in prominent organizations, including HR Services UK for EMEA Lead at Lonza and various roles at Buro Happold, Microsoft, Shire Pharmaceuticals, and Vodafone. Gavin's career in HR began with a fixed-term contract at The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association. Gavin holds a BA (Hons) in Business from Solent University.
