Dan Lipson

Dan is a founder of RCP and has been partnering with lower middle market companies for over 17 years. Dan actively invests across the Firm's sectors and co-leads thematic sourcing initiatives. In 2014, he was selected as a top 40 under 40 dealmaker by M&A Advisor.

Dan is a Boston native and proud Patriots fan. He enjoys fishing for stripers with his 2 kids on Cape Cod. He is also an avid skier and golfer.
