Stephanie Howser, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training, development, and recruitment across various industries. Currently serving as the Training and Development Manager at Swoon since October 2018, Stephanie oversees the planning, design, and implementation of training initiatives while collaborating with leadership on effective workforce strategies. Previous roles include Senior Direct Hire Recruiter and Direct Hire Recruiter at Swoon, Relationship Manager at Bank of America, and several positions in recruitment and account management at Randstad Technologies US and Aerocare Home Medical. Stephanie began their career as a Primary School Teacher at Skyview School and holds a Bachelor's Degree from Northern Arizona University and an M.B.A. from Argosy University.
