Emilija Tovirac

Emilija Tovirac, MA, CPHR, serves as the Client Services Manager at Royal Roads University since January 2023. Previously, Emilija held the role of Regional Human Resources Manager at Mairet Hotels from April 2022 to October 2022 and worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Boys & Girls Club Services of Greater Victoria from November 2018 to April 2022. Earlier experience includes positions as an Engagement Assistant at Engaged HR Inc., an Administrative Assistant at the Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General, and various roles at Carnival Cruise Line, including Manager of Staff Administration. Emilija holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and Social Politics, both from Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Macedonia.
