Joseph Hooker

Joseph Hooker is an experienced professional in production management and operations with a diverse background in chemical processing, law enforcement, and technical roles. Currently serving as Sr. Production Manager at Royal Oak Enterprises, LLC since November 2022, Joseph previously held various roles at Oxy from August 2016 to November 2022, including Operations Supervisor. Prior experience includes positions at the United States Infrastructure Corporation as a Utility Technician and a six-year tenure in the United States Air Force as part of Security Forces/Police, focusing on law enforcement and security operations. Joseph also has experience as a Plant Operator at Flint Hills Resources and as a Sorter Operator/Input at Austin Bank.
