Frank Callis has extensive experience in executive roles, particularly in the retail and industrial machinery sectors. Frank is currently serving as the President & CEO of Royston Group, responsible for supporting retail and laboratory customers in the United States and Canada. Under their leadership, Royston Group covers store interiors, exterior store solutions, refrigeration units, lab equipment, and sign maintenance and service. Prior to this, Frank held various positions at Royston LLC, including President & CEO, Sr. Vice President of Manufacturing, and Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Relations. Frank also had significant contributions as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Engage Machinery and Metalforming, where they played a crucial role in growing the businesses. Additionally, Frank served as the Regional HR Director at Laidlaw and Regional Human Resources Manager at GE.
Frank Callis attended Appalachian State University from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology. From 1989 to 1991, they pursued further education at Michigan State University, earning a Master of Arts degree in Labor & Industrial Relations.
