Christi Dobbins

Christi Dobbins is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning operations and product management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Learning Operations at RPM Living since August 2023. Prior to this role, Christi spent over a decade at Grace Hill, where achievements included the management of major products such as the learning management system and mystery shop software, focusing on enhancing customer value, driving product implementation, and optimizing user experience. Roles at Grace Hill also included Director of Product, where Christi led the launch of a new mystery shop software, and Director of Revenue Operations, focusing on revenue tracking and pricing strategy.
