Nikolay Bogdanov has an extensive work experience in business development and sales. Nikolay worked as a Business Development Director at RRC, where they tripled the size of the business and portfolio of potential deals. Nikolay also developed a business process of cooperation and pricing rules for partners, resulting in the engagement of over 30 leading System Integrators and security engineering companies. At Softline Group, they served as a Business Development Director and implemented medium-term strategies and joint business plans with targeted vendors. Nikolay also built an international team and harmonized business models in multiple countries. Prior to that, they were a Deputy Channel Director and Regional Sales Manager at Cisco, where they consistently exceeded sales targets and implemented joint business planning with key partners. Nikolay also worked at Xerox as the Head of Channel Marketing, where they developed new partner coverage models, optimized sales management processes, and organized international partner conferences and road-shows. Due to their achievements, they received personal awards and a grant to study an MBA program.
Nikolay Bogdanov's education history begins with a Bachelor's degree in Radio & Electronic Devices from Moscow Power Engineering Institute (Technical University), which they obtained between 1982 and 1988. Nikolay then pursued further studies at the same institution and completed their Ph.D. in Electrodynamics, microwave devices, and antennas in 1994, becoming a Ph.D. since 1995. Later, Nikolay attended Moscow International Higher Business School MIRBIS (Institute) from 2004 to 2006, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing.
