Kim Schraven is currently the Sr Manager People Initiatives at RS&H. Previously, Kim worked as the Compensation Lead at St. Luke's Health System, the Executive Compensation Program Director at Banner Health, the Strategic Alignment Project Consultant, and the Senior Compensation Consultant. Kim's experience also includes roles at Sun Health as an Organizational Development Consultant and Compensation Analyst. Kim holds a B.A. in Communication Studies from Arizona State University West and an M.Ed. in Counseling and Human Relations from Northern Arizona University.
