Keenan McHugh began their career in 2014 as a Customer Service Representative at The Southern Co-operative before moving into roles at LV=, starting as a Digital Content Apprentice and eventually becoming a Digital Content Coordinator. Keenan then joined Vitality as a Digital Content Designer, where they worked closely with senior stakeholders and managed partnerships with companies like Apple Watch and Amazon Prime. Keenan's most recent role was at Zest. as a Senior Marketing Executive and later as a Marketing Manager, where they led various marketing campaigns and optimized website conversions. Currently, Keenan holds the position of CRO Lead at RSPCA since 2023.
Keenan McHugh completed their A-levels in Media Studies, I.C.T, and Engineering at LEAF Sixth Form from 2012 to 2014. Before that, they studied English, Maths, and Science at Winton arts and media college from 2007 to 2012. In 2015, they pursued a Digital Marketing Apprenticeship at Bournemouth and Poole College. Additionally, they obtained various certifications in digital marketing and management from institutions like Google, Sitecore, and Econsultancy in the following years.
