Jenelle Hansen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jenelle started their career in 2011 as a Cosmetologist, working as an Independent Cosmetologist until 2016. In 2016, they joined Arizona State University as a Course Assistant and Graduate Student Researcher until 2018. Following this, they worked at the University of California, Merced as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Graduate Student Researcher from 2018 to 2019. In 2019, they transitioned to AT&T as a Retail Sales Consultant/Integrative Solutions Specialist, where they worked until 2021. From 2021 to 2023, they worked at Certified Tracking Solutions, first as a Business Development Representative and later as a Product Specialist. Currently, they are employed at RTA: The Fleet Success Company, where they have held the positions of Customer Success Manager and is currently the Manager of Customer Success.

Jenelle Hansen pursued their education with a focus on Psychology. Jenelle completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology at Arizona State University West from 2014 to 2016.
