Stephanie Schmitz began their work experience in 2010 at Mediascore - Gesellschaft für Medien- und Kommunikationsforschung mbH, where they held various roles including Projektassistentin, Projektleiterin, and Senior Projektleiterin. Stephanie then joined DATA Alliance in 2020 as a Senior Audience Researcher. In 2021, they became the Head of Audience Research at RTL Deutschland, before being promoted to the position of Senior Head of Content Insights & Analytics in March 2022.
Stephanie Schmitz attended the University of Cologne from 2003 to 2010, where they obtained a Diploma in Psychology.
