Karissa Shaner

Karissa Shaner is a Project Engineer at RTM Engineering Consultants, having started in March 2021 after serving as a Project Intern. Prior experience includes a role as Teaching Assistant/Grader at Penn State University from January 2020 to May 2021, an Engineering Intern at Holder Construction Company in the summer of 2019, and an intern at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. in 2018. Karissa holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Architectural Engineering from Penn State University, where studies spanned from August 2016 to May 2021. Earlier education was completed at Bishop Canevin High School, graduating in June 2016.
