Felix Schadeck has held various roles in the fields of climate finance and sustainable energy. Felix worked as the Head of Supply at Rubicon Carbon and as President at Climate Resilience Impact Fund. Felix was the Director of Business Development and a Market Expansion Consultant at UpEnergy. At Odyssey Energy Solutions, they served as the Head of Special Projects and focused on electrifying rural health infrastructure. Felix started their career at Persistent Energy as a Research Assistant. Felix also worked as a Climate Finance Consultant at Innpact, where they co-authored the Sustainable Finance Roadmap for Luxembourg, and launched the International Climate Finance Accelerator (ICFA) as the Project Manager. In addition, Felix was an Associate at Booz & Company, and worked there as a Summer Consultant beforehand. Finally, they began their career as a Customer Credit Intern at ENGIE Energy Access (Africa).

Felix Schadeck earned a Bachelor of Arts with a focus on Economics, Sustainable Development, and African Studies from Columbia University in 2015. Prior to that, they studied Economics and Mathematics at Athénée du Luxembourg from 2004 to 2011. In 2018, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, completing it in 2020. Felix also briefly attended Lasalle Secondary School in Sudbury, Ontario in 2009, but did not earn a degree or specialize in any field of study.
