Additionally, Norbert holds interim positions as a People & Culture Partner at various companies, such as Culturivy® Institute, Rubicon Partners, CTHINGS.CO, Solmat, and Quadrum Sp. z o.o. Norbert is also a member of Polskie Towarzystwo Logoterapii i Noo-Psychosomatyki (PTLiNPS) and has previously held roles as Head of People & Talent at LiveKid and Head of People & Culture at CrustLab. Norbert holds an Engineer's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Politechnika Krakowska im. Tadeusza Kościuszki.
