Dale Kowalewski

Dale Kowalewski is a seasoned professional in systems engineering with extensive leadership experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Sr Manager of Systems Engineering at RUCKUS Networks since August 2018, Dale leads a team of Consulting and Systems Engineers across seven southeastern states and previously oversaw a nationwide Channel SE organization. Prior to RUCKUS, Dale held the position of Sr. Manager of Systems Engineering at Brocade from May 2010 to November 2017, where leadership was provided for a team supporting the Department of Defense across multiple regions. Dale's career began at Cisco Systems Inc., where a fast-track trajectory included roles as Manager and Systems Engineer, resulting in substantial sales growth and strong client relationships. Dale earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Indiana University of Pennsylvania between 1983 and 1988.
