Matt Higgins P.e.

Matt Higgins, P.E. is a seasoned project manager with a strong background in civil engineering. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Ruff Roofers, Inc. since August 2011, Matt previously held the position of PT Gymnasium Supervisor with the City of Bowie, Maryland, from November 2007 to October 2011. Matt's experience also includes serving as Men's Basketball Manager at the University of Vermont from August 2006 to May 2007 and working as a cashier at Giant Food from May 2004 to October 2006. Matt earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland between 2007 and 2010, after earlier studies at the University of Vermont in 2006.
