Prior to that, they worked as a Procurement Director at Baxter International Inc., where they led a global team responsible for category management and supplier relationship management. Before that, they held the position of Principle Consultant and Vice-President of Supplier Delivery at Supply Tigers, focusing on leveraging client spend to develop strategic supplier partnerships. Earlier in their career, they held various procurement roles at Kraft Heinz, The Hershey Company, Sara Lee Corporation, and E. & J. Gallo Winery, where they gained experience in sourcing, category management, and cost reduction initiatives.
