Herry Wardana Sinaga

Herry Wardana Sinaga is an IT professional with experience in technical support and administration, currently serving as IT HelpDesk / End User Support at Rumah Sakit Pondok Indah Group since February 2022. Responsibilities include troubleshooting operational IT issues in a hospital setting, installing and configuring hardware and software, and responding promptly to user requests from various staff members. Previous roles include Staff Assistant Laboratory at STMIK JAKARTA STI&K, where responsibilities included laboratory administration, and as a Private Tutor, teaching elementary students to create animation projects using Scratch. Herry has also held a leadership position as Head Leader in the Badan Perwakilan Mahasiswa organization at STMIK Jakarta STI&K, focusing on student representation. Herry holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Networks and Telecommunications from STMIK Jakarta STI&K and completed secondary education at SMAN 4 Pandeglang.
