Rebecca Roberts

Rebecca Roberts is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in both talent acquisition and occupational therapy. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at RumbleOn and a Talent Acquisition Consultant at RideNow Powersports since January 2022, Rebecca combines expertise in human resources with extensive experience in clinical settings. Prior to these roles, Rebecca worked as an Occupational Therapist in various capacities, including positions at Conroe Regional Medical Center and Delta Healthcare Providers, contributing to trauma, ICU, and NICU care. Rebecca holds a Master's of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Central Arkansas, where studies were completed from 2005 to 2012.
