Hoseong Hwang

Hoseong Hwang started their career in 2010 as a Software Engineer at Gabia Co., Ltd. Hoseong then co-founded Ultra Caption in 2013, where they gained experience in product development and project management. In 2016, they became the Co-founder and Software Engineer at 42 Company, where they launched the successful lockscreen app called Slide in India. After that, they joined Buzzvil in 2018 as a DevOps Team Lead, where they played a key role in the migration to Kubernetes and the transition to a microservice architecture. Hoseong later became an Engineering Manager at Buzzvil, leading the development and deployment of an ad serving system that saw a ten-fold increase in traffic processed. Currently, Hoseong Hwang is the Chief Technology Officer at Runbear, Inc.

Hoseong Hwang earned their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Seoul National University. Hoseong attended the university from 2008 to 2017.
