Kathryn Williams has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Kathryn began their career as a Feature Writer at The Indianapolis Star in 1978. Kathryn then worked as a Theater + Film Critic, Entertainment Reporter, and Feature Writer at The Palm Beach Post from 1979 to 1984, where they received awards for feature stories on creativity, well-being, and the LGBTQ+ community.

In 1993, Kathryn founded their own consulting firm, Kathryn Williams Consulting, specializing in executive search, strategic research, and competitive intelligence for financial services. Kathryn also worked as a Consultant at Bialecki Inc., a retainer executive search firm, from 1993 to 2010, focusing on recruiting senior talent for financial institutions.

Kathryn's entrepreneurial spirit led their to create their own online editorial arts adventure called Radio Gabriel in 2018. As the Founder/Editor, they explored the intersection of creative expression and spirituality across genres, featuring artist interviews, books, travel, and inspirational content.

In 2002, Kathryn took on the role of Principal at Saint Jane Jazz, LLC, where they worked as a songwriter specializing in jazz, adult contemporary, and Christmas music. Kathryn collaborated with British vocalist Sarah Jane Morris on various holiday songs.

Most recently, Kathryn joined Russell Reynolds Associates in 2021 as a Research Director and Market Expert.

Throughout their career, Kathryn has demonstrated expertise in various areas such as leadership, career advisory, corporate finance, M+A, capital markets, risk management, investment research, investment management, and recruiting talent to transform businesses.

Kathryn Williams earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from The Ohio State University, where they studied from 1974 to 1978. Kathryn later pursued a Master of Fine Arts degree in Drama Criticism at Columbia University from 1984 to 1987.
