Dave Gates is a seasoned User Experience professional with extensive experience in design and innovation across multiple industries. Currently serving as User Experience Lead at Ryder System, Inc. since May 2022, Dave focuses on enhancing product design consistency. Prior roles include UX/UI Design Manager at Dollar General, where Dave drove digital experiences, and as a Designer & Owner of Dave Gates Design, specializing in freelance web development and branding. With positions at Built Technologies and Asurion, Dave contributed to product design and user engagement strategies, alongside significant work at Premise Health and GS&F on enhancing user interactions. Educational credentials include a degree in Visual Communications from Nashville State Community College.
