Lina Pira

Lina Pira has a diverse work experience starting with their current role as a People Ops & Engagement Specialist at Rydoo, where they are responsible for designing and implementing talent and career development frameworks and providing coaching and support for managers. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Generalist at the same company.

Before joining Rydoo, Lina worked as a Junior HR Consultant at clearXperts, where they handled recruitment, HR administrative tasks, and various projects for clients. Lina also gained experience as an HR Specialist at Sony Electronics, where they presumably focused on HR-related responsibilities.

Additionally, Lina worked as a Global Procurement Assistant at Anheuser-Busch InBev, and undertook a period of travel in North and Central America while working with La Esperanza Granada. Lina also had internships as a Summer Intern People Officer and a Trainee People Officer at Anheuser-Busch InBev, where they were involved in various HR tasks such as contract management, salary calculation, recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews.

Lastly, Lina had a brief stint as a Stewardess during their student work at TUI Airlines Belgium trading as Jetairfly. Overall, Lina's work experience showcases their versatility in HR roles, their ability to work on projects, and their exposure to various industries.

Lina Pira attended Katholieke Hogeschool Leuven from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a degree in Office Management with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. In addition to their degree, Lina has acquired several certifications, including Talent Management, Advice for Leaders During a Crisis, and HR as a Business Partner from LinkedIn. Lina also obtained the SD Worx Certified Payroll Professional certification from SD Worx in April 2017.
