Lucas Coelho

Lucas Coelho is a seasoned entrepreneur and design leader with extensive experience in founding and growing innovative ventures. Currently, Lucas serves as Co-Founder and General Partner at Ryft Ventures, focusing on building and supporting companies through various stages of development. As a Co-Founder of COLAB, Lucas contributes to a community aimed at empowering product professionals. Additionally, Lucas holds advisory and investment roles at Basis and has led significant design initiatives as Chief Transformation Officer and Design Leader at Second Wave Dive. Previously, Lucas was Chief Experience Officer at Roam Digital, where substantial growth was achieved before the company's acquisition by Amdocs. With a strong educational background, including a d.MBA, Lucas has also contributed to design leadership as a member of the Design Leadership Forum and has held various leadership roles in significant design organizations across New Zealand.
