Jacki Herzog

As the Director, HR Initiatives for Clark Hill, Jacki Herzog collaborates with firm colleagues in driving Human Resources projects and initiatives through to completion.

Jacki works in partnership with the entire Human Resources team to provide focused support and direction in the areas of HR technology and process, strategic initiatives, and the identification of opportunities to help advance the organizations goals and objectives. In addition, Jacki works directly with the Legal Recruitment team, Practice Group Leadership, Practice Group Directors, and firm-wide management with regard to the strategic hiring of attorney groups and firms.

Previously, Jacki was Director of Legal Recruitment where her team was responsible for the firm’s attorney and paralegal recruitment efforts across all practice groups and for all offices.

Prior to joining Clark Hill, Jacki directed the employer recruitment efforts at a Pittsburgh-area law school. Before moving into recruiting, Jacki worked as a practicing attorney in Pittsburgh, focusing on Employee Benefits.
