Hanit Gyani

Hanit Gyani is the Director of Corporate Affairs and New Product Development at Saberpoint. Hanit has over 19 years of experience in corporate affairs and strategic planning.

Gyani started their career at Arjay Wireless in January 1999 as the Chief of Staff and Director of Corporate Affairs. In this role, they provided leadership and operational oversight for the Office of the CEO/ President of a diversified group of companies in the wireless distribution industry. This included budget and financial management, project management, and development of annual business plans for each group company.

Gyani also performed ongoing research and feasibility analyses, and managed strategic planning initiatives to identify new business opportunities, business restructuring including the sales and acquisition of wireless assets, and establishing new companies. In addition, they handled a wide range of matters of organizational importance and a broad range of high-level projects with responsibility for the central coordination of all functions and activities in the Office of the CEO/President.

Gyanienhanced organizational effectiveness and attainment of strategic priorities through the development of H.R. policies, procedures, compliance and employee benefits; ensured follow-up on projects assigned by the President. Hanit also managed overall operation of the legal department including negotiation and review of all legal contracts, leases and documents with assistance from outside Counsel; liaised with legal and external agencies to translate business needs to meet regulatory requirements; and establish internal processes for audit compliance.

Hanit Gyani completed their Masters of Finance and Control from Delhi University's Department of Financial Studies. Hanit completed their Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Jesus & Mary College, also part of Delhi University. Hanit Gyani holds a high school diploma from Lawrence School in Sanawar.
