Annette Davidsen

Annette Davidsen has over 15 years of diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Annette started their career at Young & Rubicam as a Brand Analyst before moving on to All-In-1 as an HR Analyst. At All-In-1, they were responsible for performance management, data analysis, training and development, and HR law compliance. Annette then worked as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at 1 On 1 Academic Tutors and later at Pathways In Education. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of People Operations at SADA, An Insight Company.

Annette Davidsen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from California State University, Northridge, which they obtained between 1997 and 2000. Annette further pursued their education and completed a Master of Arts degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University from 2003 to 2005. Annette has also obtained several certifications related to cultural sensitivity, diversity and inclusion, and inclusive conversations from LinkedIn in 2020.
