Barbara Ryan

Barbara Ryan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and corporate governance. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at EY since March 2021, Barbara also holds several board positions, including Audit Chair at MiNK Therapeutics and Non-Executive Board Director at Indivior. Additional board roles are held at Safecor Health, OcuTerra Therapeutics, and INVO Bioscience, where key committee memberships include Audit, Nominating, Governance, and Compensation. As a columnist for Pharmaceutical Executive Magazine, Barbara contributes insights on finance, while also founding Fabulous Pharma Females and Barbara Ryan Advisors, specializing in capital markets advisory and strategic communications. Previously, Barbara was a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank, leading the Pharmaceuticals Equity Research Platform.
