Dakari Jackson

Dakari Jackson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles in the information technology sector. Dakari began their career as a Help Desk employee at Sheppard Memorial Library in March 2018. In December 2018, they transitioned to Cisco as a Tier 1 NOC Engineer before joining Spectrum in November 2019 as a Tier 2 Advanced Wifi Engineer. In October 2020, Dakari moved to SageNet as a Tier 1 Wifi Engineer. Dakari then progressed to the role of Tier 2 Wifi Engineer in July 2021 and currently holds the position of Tier 3 Wifi Engineer at SageNet since July 2022. After completing their degree, they pursued additional certifications in various IT fields. In February 2020, they received the Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA Routing and Switching) certification from Cisco. In March 2020, they obtained two more Cisco certifications: Cisco Certified Specialist - Enterprise Advanced Infrastructure Implementation and Cisco Certified Specialist - Enterprise Core. In the same month, they also acquired the CompTIA Security+ ce Certification from CompTIA. In May 2020, they obtained the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
