Aaron Ingram

Aaron Ingram has over 10 years of work experience in the field of quality assurance and customer services. Aaron is currently working as a QA Lead at Sagittarius since March 2021, where they previously served as a Quality Assurance Engineer from July 2020 to March 2021. Prior to joining Sagittarius, they worked at Saga Insurance for 10 years in various roles. Their roles at Saga Insurance include QA Automation Engineer from November 2018 to June 2020, User Acceptance Tester from June 2014 to November 2018, and Customer Services Agent from August 2010 to June 2014.

Aaron Ingram earned a National Diploma in Public Services from Canterbury College, where they studied from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn in June 2021, Leadership Mindsets from LinkedIn in October 2020, Agile Testing from LinkedIn in July 2020, and three levels of Katalon certification (Practitioner, Professional, and Expert) from Katalon in January and March 2023.
