Jitendra Das is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the National Ops Head at Salad Days since February 2021, Jitendra oversees store operations in major metropolitan areas including Delhi NCR, Mumbai, and Bangalore. Previous roles include Head of Operations at Salad Days, AGM Operations for FranGlobal where management of brands like FAT BURGER and WRAP IT UP was a focus, and Manager at Tim Hortons. Jitendra also held the position of Restaurant General Manager at Yum! Brands, achieving excellence in finance audits and customer satisfaction. Early career experience includes a role as Restaurant Manager at McDonald's India. Jitendra holds a PGDM in Operations Management and Human Resource from Asia Pacific Institute of Management and a Bachelor in Hotel and Hospitality Management from IHM Kolkata.
