Saleo is looking for a proven Growth Marketing Manager to build out programs that will get our product in front of and adopted by our target audiences. This role will have a heavy emphasis on demand creation with experience in campaign management, account-based marketing (ABM) and field marketing. In this role, you’ll own our strategy for generating pipeline, and increasing conversion and deal velocity throughout our marketing and sales funnel. The best fit for the role will have a track record of devising integrated campaigns that drive lead flow and qualified pipeline – all that can be measured and optimized. You’ll also team closely with product marketing and sales to measure program success, and constantly improve processes to increase revenue over time.
Responsibilities
- Develop and run multi-channel campaigns that make it clear to our audience how Saleo can transform their day to day operations and success. All levers are at your disposal across content, webinars, social, paid, events, email, etc.
- Deploy brand activation and demand creation strategies that drive pipeline within our desired ICP.
- Kick off our outbound and inbound lifecycle marketing efforts to engage prospects, and deepen usage and value for existing customers.
- Designing and executing all aspects of our digital marketing department including web, SEO/SEM, email, and display advertising campaigns.
- Planning and management of the Saleo website.
- Partner with sales to align on goals and establish processes for marketing to generate, qualify, and share leads in a repeatable, scalable way.
- Own metrics around net new customers, active users, and marketing pipeline.
- Create and improve systems to monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance, always focusing on increasing revenue.
- Work with product marketing to develop compelling assets and enablement tailored to get customer segments over the line.
- Carve out our first ABM strategies as we go after larger and larger accounts. Work with sales to engage, nurture, and win top targets.
- Track industry trends, new technologies, and competitor movements to spot new growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years experience in a B2B SaaS demand generation or generalist role, with metrics showing the positive impact you made with programs you ran. This role could be made senior for the right candidate.
- Multiple examples of integrated campaigns and lifecycle programs you’ve run in the past that helped inflect pipeline.
- Capable of succeeding as a player first (with many hats), and as a coach second. We need someone who won’t balk at writing emails, tweeting, or organizing field marketing events themselves.
- The sales and business acumen to set, drive, and improve strategy without waiting for direction from others on the team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that enable you to build strong cross-functional relationships, interface regularly with executives, and represent the brand with customers.
- Ability to operate with tight timeframes and deliver on deadlines.
- Fluency with tools like Hubspot, and a track record of building effective toolstacks.
- Past management of multi-functional contractors to assemble campaigns in scrappy environments.
