Richard Jo

Richard Jo has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Richard started their career as an Immigration Assistant at Paul Hastings, where they worked from February 2007 to July 2008. After that, they served as a Legal Intern at Hanwha Engineering and Construction in July 2009. In 2010, they worked briefly as a Law Clerk at Coleman & Chambers LLP.

Moving forward, Richard joined the University of Georgia School of Law as a Research Fellow from August 2011 to January 2012. Richard then worked as a Project Attorney at King & Spalding from February 2012 to April 2013.

Richard's next role was at Southern Company, where they served as an SCS Corporate Contracts - Contracts Agent, Sr. from May 2013 to March 2015. Following this, they worked as the Director of Business and Legal Affairs at Routematch from April 2015 to August 2016.

From August 2016 to March 2019, Richard served as a Senior Corporate Counsel at PowerPlan, Inc. After that, they joined SalesLoft as a Senior Corporate Counsel from April 2019 to July 2020, eventually being promoted to the role of Vice President, Legal in August 2020. Richard's employment at SalesLoft is currently ongoing.

Throughout their career, Richard has gained experience in various legal and corporate roles, showcasing their expertise in legal matters and business affairs.

Richard Jo completed their education at The University of Georgia. From 2002 to 2006, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs, with a minor in Religion. Subsequently, from 2008 to 2011, they earned a Juris Doctor degree from the same institution. Richard Jo also obtained the certification of Admission to Practice Law in Georgia from the State Bar of Georgia in December 2011.
