Jonathan Campbell

Jonathan Campbell has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jonathan began their career as a Systems Administrator at Enter.Net, Inc. in 2000 and later worked as a Software Developer at Diving Sun Interactive, LLC and Aniglyphics, Inc. In 2006, they joined ReminderMedia as a Software Developer before being promoted to Director of Information Technology in 2008. During their tenure at ReminderMedia, they managed a staff of up to 12 and led the transition of multiple web applications to a private cloud.

In 2013, Jonathan moved on to Kroll Bond Rating Agency, Inc. where they held various roles including Senior Web Developer, Web Application Development Manager, and Director of Software Engineering. At Kroll Bond Rating Agency, they played a pivotal role in expanding the application engineering team, achieving over $2 million in revenue through the launch of KBRA Credit Profile, and integrating proprietary data to reduce cancellation rates.

In 2020, Jonathan became the Director of Engineering at Urbint, where they spearheaded a mobile-first rewrite of the company's flagship product and successfully rebuilt the application and DevOps teams during a period of high turnover. Jonathan also introduced asynchronous agile processes to facilitate communication across different time zones.

Most recently, Jonathan joined The Predictive Index in 2021 as the Director of DevX & Infrastructure. In this role, they managed the delivery of shared services for multiple products, supported the launch of product rewrites, and led a strategic turn-around for the DevOps team.

Currently, Jonathan is serving as a Principal Software Engineer at SamCart, starting in 2023.

Jonathan Campbell attended Allentown Business School from 1999 to 2001, where they earned an Associates in Specialized Technology degree in Personal Computer and Network Technology. In addition to their degree, they obtained a Product-Led Growth Certificate from ProductLed in December 2021.
