Jesper Kurtzmann Svith

Jesper Kurtzmann Svith has a diverse range of work experience. Jesper currently serves as the Director of Product Management at SameSystem - Workforce Management, where they have built and developed the product management team and capabilities. Jesper has also led an Agile Transformation and implemented Agile Product Management capabilities.

Prior to this role, Jesper worked as a Senior Product Manager at SameSystem, where they managed agile product teams and conducted competitor analysis to guide the company's overall strategy.

Jesper has also held positions at Nuuday, where they served as a Product Manager for IoT services and IAM & Personalization, and at Copenhagen Management Consulting Club, where they were the Head of Data & Analytics. Additionally, Jesper has worked as a Master Thesis Student at Nets Group, a Teaching Assistant at Advanced Multimedia Group, and a Student Programmer at Aarhus Universitet.

In 2013, Jesper founded their own custom furniture design brand called SVITHWOOD, where they focused on sales, furniture designs, and store decoration before closing the business to focus on other endeavors.

Jesper also has experience as a Co-founder of eRoster and as a Partner and Business Development Manager at nightguide.

Jesper Kurtzmann Svith's education history includes a MSc in Business Administration & Information Systems from Copenhagen Business School, a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in IT Product development from Aarhus University, and a summer course in Digital Business Innovation & Social Media from Aarhus University. Jesper also completed their HTX degree in Technology from Viden Djurs in 2009 and received ground education in car mechanics from Viden Djurs in 2005.
