Matthew Llewellyn

Matthew Llewellyn is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational management and analytics. Currently serving as the Director of Field Operations, Customer Experience, and Strategic Initiatives at the San Antonio Water System, Matthew also manages the ConnectH2O program and oversees business analytics in customer service. Prior experience at the City of San Antonio includes roles such as Business Relationship Manager, Performance and Management Specialist, and Senior Management Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed organizational performance reviews, research, and project coordination. Matthew’s career also includes positions as Interim Clinic Operations Manager and Interim Shelter Supervisor, managing operations and enforcing regulations related to animal control. Earlier roles include Zookeeper positions at San Antonio Zoo and Como Zoo. Matthew holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Metro State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
