Karl Rubio

Karl Rubio is a seasoned professional with expertise in data analysis and insights within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Senior Insights Analyst at San Francisco Health Plan since January 2024, Rubio previously held key positions at the UC Berkeley Center for Healthcare Organizational & Innovation Research, including Senior Data Analyst and Data Analyst from November 2019 to December 2023. Prior experience includes a Research Associate role at the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL) from January 2017 to August 2019 and various research roles at the University of California San Diego. Rubio also contributed to economic development initiatives as an intern for the City of San Diego.
