Ajit Kumar

Ajit Kumar is an experienced HR and compliance professional with a strong background in managing large workforces across various companies. Currently serving as Assistant Manager HR and compliance at San International since November 2022, Ajit oversees payroll for 1,800 employees and handles governmental documentation, compliance with multiple buyer standards, and various administrative responsibilities. Previously, Ajit held the position of Personnel and Welfare Officer HR & Compliance at Richa Global Exports Pvt Ltd, where management of payroll for 7,500 employees was effectively executed. Ajit has also worked as a Personnel Officer at Orient Craft Limited and as Jr. Executive-HR at Oneup Impex Pvt.
