Robert Aguilar

Robert Aguilar has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Robert has worked at San Jacinto College as the Director of IT Systems since May 2023. Prior to that, they were the Manager of IT Systems at the same college since June 2014. Before joining the college, Robert worked at Gexa Energy as a Senior Systems Administrator from July 2010 to March 2014. Robert provided daily support for the company's core server infrastructure and worked closely with development and production support teams. Robert's career also includes roles at Serenity Systems, First Data Corporation, and TeleCheck. Robert has held various positions such as IT Support Services Technician, Contractor - Systems Engineering, Director of Active Directory Engineering, and Supervisor of PC/MAC & Server Systems Support. Throughout their career, Robert has gained experience in areas such as server support, data center consolidation, and Active Directory infrastructure.

Robert Aguilar completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering Technology from the University of Houston between 1990 and 1994.
