Julie Oborny

Julie Oborny is an experienced professional in library and information services, currently serving as the Web Services Manager and Web Librarian at San Jose Public Library since January 2015. With a focus on usability, data analytics, and the design of the library's Drupal website, Julie has also held the position of Acting Web Services Manager at Infopeople, where curriculum for an online course on user experience was developed and taught. Previous roles include Librarian at San Benito County Free Library, Graduate Assistant at San Jose State University, and various positions in customer service and management. Julie holds a Master of Library & Information Science from San Jose State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and English from the University of Kansas.
