That same year, they also became Co-Founder and General Partner of Carya Venture Partners, a VC that invests in deep tech startups. In 2018, they founded and became Chairman of Moe123, a Scholarship Fund that raises money to award high school seniors scholarships. From 2010 to 2018, they served as Board Advisor, President and CEO, and President and COO of Enhanced Resource Centers, LLC. From 2003 to 2010, they were the CEO of BCR - Aditya Birla Minacs.
