Rashi Nagpal

Rashi Nagpal currently serves as the Head Legal (Global) Quality in Sandoz Tech Ops, a position held since 2023. Prior to this role, Rashi held several key legal positions at Novartis from January 2019 to March 2023, including Head Legal and Compliance (IND) and Head Legal (Global) Contract Manufacturing and Biotechnology. Rashi was also part of the leadership team focused on global biologics and contract manufacturing. Rashi's earlier experience at Sandoz includes roles as Senior Counsel for Global Commercial Operations and Development and as Senior Legal Counsel for the APAC region. Rashi began a legal career with positions at Amarchand Mangaldas and multiple firms in India and the United Kingdom. Rashi holds an LLM from Queen Mary University of London, an LLB from Delhi University, and a B.Com (H) from Panjab University.
