Sofia Sousa

Sofia Sousa is a dedicated human resources professional currently serving as a Committee Member for the CIPD Branch in Jersey since January 2023 and holding two roles at SandpiperCI as a Human Resources Advisor and Human Resources Administrator since June 2021. With experience as a Human Resources Intern at HR Umbrella from May 2020 to August 2020, Sofia has been an Associate Member of the CIPD since October 2018, achieving Level 7 qualification. Academically, Sofia holds a Master's degree in International Human Resources Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University (2018-2019), participated in the ERASMUS Programme in International Business and Languages at Stenden (2016-2017), and earned a Bachelor's degree in Languages and Business Studies from Universidade da Madeira (2014-2017).
