Madina Dandoy

Madina Dandoy currently serves as Head of Transfer Pricing at Sandvik, a position held since December 2018, where responsibilities include leading tax and transfer pricing audits and focusing on BEPS assessments and financial services transfer pricing. Prior experience includes roles at EY as Senior Manager Transfer Pricing, where Madina designed and implemented transfer pricing models aligned with BEPS regulations, and Dometic AB as Senior Group Tax Manager, overseeing CbCR implementation and tax audits. Earlier career highlights include significant positions at PwC and Electrolux with a strong emphasis on financial services transfer pricing, business restructurings, and development of Russia's Transfer Pricing practice. Madina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Semey State University.
