Svend Pedersen

Svend Pedersen has over 20 years of experience in various HR roles. Svend is currently the Director of People & Culture at Sanistål A/S, where they focus on understanding the customers' business and developing strong relationships. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Manager at Aalborg Portland A/S, where they coordinated functions within the Cementir Group to enhance value creation. Svend also served as a Global HR Business Partner at Alfa Laval, focusing on energy optimization and technological solutions. Svend has experience as an HR Director at Compass Group Danmark A/S, a Food & Support Services company, and as an HR Manager at Martin Professional, a lighting solutions provider. Earlier in their career, Svend worked in HR and Organizational roles at Spar Nord Bank.

Svend Pedersen holds a Cand. Merc degree in Organisation & Strategi from Aalborg University. In 2007 to 2009, they attended The Leadership Company and obtained a certification as an Executive Coach. Additionally, Svend has obtained several certifications including FinxS® Erhvervsrettet Test and FinxS® Individ Analyse - valideret i forhold til Extended DISC® modellen from HR Solutions A/S in March 2022. Svend also holds a SHL Talent Measurement certification from CEB, now Gartner, obtained in September 2014. In October 2012, they obtained the Certified PPA Practitioner certification from Thomas International. Lastly, Svend obtained certification in Personlighedstests / KompetenceProfilen from Garuda A/S in April 2003.
