Brooke Hannagan is an experienced administrative professional currently serving as an Executive Assistant/Administrative Assistant II at the Santa Clara County Fire Department since June 2020, providing support to the Fire Prevention Division Chief and staff. Prior to this role, Brooke worked for the County of San Mateo from September 2011 to June 2020 as an Emergency Dispatcher, where responsibilities included answering emergency calls and dispatching services while adhering to strict protocols. Additional experience includes managing operations at Rhee Bevere Photography & A Different Kind of DJ from October 2008 to March 2011, overseeing budgeting and scheduling. Brooke holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from San Jose State University and an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Victor Valley College. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Public Administration at Columbia Southern University, expected to complete in September 2025.
