Dr. Mak Met

Dr. Mak Met has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Sarawak Energy Berhad since January 2017, where responsibilities include leading HR strategies and operational initiatives to foster a high-performance culture. Prior to this role, Dr. Mak held various HR management positions at Sarawak Shell Berhad from March 1991 to December 2016, including Human Resource Manager and Country Talent Manager, overseeing HR matters for thousands of employees across diverse sectors. Dr. Mak holds a Doctor of Business Administration from Asia e University, specializing in Human Resource Management, and an MBA in Technology Management from Deakin University.
