Sathan A Sri is a seasoned professional in quantity surveying and commercial management with substantial experience across multiple firms. Currently serving as Commercial Manager at SAS International since November 2020, Sathan previously held the same title at Prater Ltd, where involvement in significant projects like Chelsea Barracks phase 4 was highlighted. Sathan has also contributed as SQS/Head of the QS Department at Al Darwish Engineering, successfully restructuring teams and engaging in value engineering proposals for the New Doha International Airport Cargo terminal. With a background that includes key roles at Galliford Try, Milcris Pvt (Oman) Ltd, Heydon and Carr Ltd, Cubitt Buildings & Interiors Ltd, and Skanska, Sathan has managed various projects with values ranging from small refurbishments to substantial construction contracts. Educational qualifications include a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying & Construction Management from Sheffield Hallam University and a Civil Engineering Diploma from the University of Moratuwa.
